The home of Tchaikovsky. Klin is a typical old Russian town. It has kept the features of a small old provincial town and is steeped in Russian History. Although badly battered by the Nazis in WWII some prewar features still remain including the estate of Tchaikovsky which now functions as a museum. One 16thC church is still remaining and functioning today.
Klin is approximately 90K to the north-west of Moscow. The drive is about 3 hours. Allow about 7 hours.
